SkinSociety.se is a growing Swedish e-commerce platform in professional skincare. With roots in a family clinic since the early 90s, we offer results-oriented skincare based on science, experience, and quality. We are now looking for a customer service representative who is passionate about service and has a genuine interest in skincare. The role is varied and suits those who enjoy both customer contact and practical work behind the scenes, such as logistics, inventory management, and stocktaking.

You will be an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring our customers have a first-class experience – from the first contact to delivery.

About the role

As a customer service representative at SkinSociety, you will be a key member of our team and a crucial contact for our customers. You will work both independently and closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and a positive customer experience.

We are looking for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and digital channels
  • Handle order-related issues, returns, and complaints
  • Inventory management, stocktaking, and restocking
  • Ensure order and structure in the warehouse
  • Collaborate with the team on customer experience and improvement efforts
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion
  • Work with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a genuine interest in skincare and beauty
  • Is service-oriented, meticulous, and solution-focused
  • Enjoys working both independently and in a team
  • Can take responsibility, plan your work, and complete tasks
  • Is organized and values order, especially in warehousing and logistics
  • Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish (English is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, warehousing, or administrative work is a plus but not a requirement.
